A workstation can only run explicitly supported recipes. Placing machines inside a factory does not make every manufacturable item available on every station.

Big Ambitionsの工場作業台の仕組み

Workstations support specific recipes. A Food Production workstation cannot run an Electronics recipe simply because both are inside the same factory. Product selection begins with recipe compatibility.

Factory Workers operate the production path. Employing a Factory Worker is not enough on its own; a compatible employee needs to be scheduled and assigned during the current production period. Raw worker skill then scales effective recipe output.

Inputs and outputs both need space. A recipe requires every ingredient for a production cycle, while finished output needs somewhere to go. Full output storage can block an otherwise healthy station.

Some production stops are intentional. When current stock reaches the configured Produce Up To value, the workstation stops normally. Supporting more recipes also does not make one workstation automatically more profitable than another.
