Paid training calls the wage-adjustment path after skill increases. At 40 hours per week, this scenario adds $98.00/week. Natural on-the-job growth does not automatically apply this wage increase.

How Employee Training Works in Big Ambitions
Paid training raises skill and wages. The immediate training fee is only one part of the decision because every paid skill increase also follows the training wage-adjustment path.
Training becomes more expensive at higher current skill. Each skill has its own training-cost multiplier, while an HR Manager can reduce the final price multiplier.
Natural growth follows different rules. Employees need at least 80 satisfaction, relevant worked hours and no absence. Growth is gradual and does not automatically raise wages.
Different roles use skill differently. Customer-facing roles can be satisfaction-scaled, Factory Workers use raw output scaling, guards add protection and managers often have thresholds. There is no universal reason to train every employee to 100.
