Warehouse · inventory flow and delivery diagnosis
Keep Warehouse Stock Moving to Your Stores
Check whether a destination actually needs stock, whether the warehouse has it, and where the delivery chain is blocked when goods are not arriving.
Warehouse has stock but the store is empty?
Check these in order. The first step that fails is the one worth fixing.
- 01
Does the destination actually need stock?
- 02
Does the warehouse have enough?
- 03
Can the destination receive it?
- 04
Is the destination configured for delivery?
- 05
Are the driver and vehicle operational?
- 06
If every step passes, verify the current game build.
How target stock works
Target stock is the level the destination should be refilled to, not the amount sent per delivery. A destination already above its target receives nothing.
The next automatic delivery should cover the difference up to the target, if supply and setup allow it.
Delivery diagnosis
Enter what you can see in your save. The stages run in dependency order and the first failed stage becomes your blocker.
Where the storage space comes from
A warehouse or factory can only hold goods if it has shelf storage. These are the items that add that space, and the number is what one of them stores.
Everything looks valid?
Big Ambitions 1.0 Build 3674 included a fix for logistics that could stop working in some saves. Not every delivery failure can be traced back to your own setup.
Is your game already updated?
Update before rebuilding a logistics setup that previously worked.
- Check the current game version
- Review Logistics Manager messages
- Recheck after the next delivery cycle
When should I expect delivery?
Automatic deliveries replenish configured destinations on the game’s scheduled delivery cycle, not immediately after you change a target or add a destination.
Based only on the rates you entered. This does not predict automatic delivery rates.

Is stock building up or running out?
Enter the daily stock changes you observe in your save to estimate whether warehouse inventory is growing or shrinking.
Next action
Check incoming supply
Factory output, ingredients and the import path are the next checks when the warehouse has too little stock.
Plan the delivery network
Destination capacity, Logistics Manager skill, vehicle slots and adding locations belong to the network planner.
Check store demand
A destination can sit below target simply because it sells faster than you can restock it.
Start from the symptom
If you only know a store is empty, the troubleshooter finds which part of the chain to check.
Warehouse questions
- How does target stock work?
- It is the level the destination is refilled to. If the destination is already above the target, no delivery is expected.
- Why does it not send the full target?
- The delivered amount is the gap between current stock and the target, and the warehouse must also have that product available.
- Can one warehouse deliver to another?
- Yes. Another warehouse can be set as the destination; it then needs pallet storage and its own target stock.
- Why does my store still run out?
- Either deliveries are not keeping up with sales, or a step in the chain is blocked. Check the first blocker above before changing prices.
How Warehouse Deliveries Work in Big Ambitions
Target stock is a level, not an order quantity. The Logistics Manager refills a destination up to the configured target, so a destination already above its target receives nothing.
Stock only moves when every stage passes. The destination must need stock, the warehouse must have it, the destination must have room, and the route, driver and vehicle must all be valid.
“No blocker found” is a real result. If your entered setup passes every check, verify the current game build and the Logistics Manager messages instead of rebuilding a working setup.
