Different locations provide different services. Recruitment, wholesale supply, importing, marketing and city services are separate tasks, so the finder starts from what you need to do.
Recruitment agencies hire different roles. A role available at City Workforce Inc. does not automatically exist at Anderson Recruitment or the Central Association of Stage & Talent.
An item can have several sources. A delivery supplier, an importer catalog and a factory recipe are different routes, and the finder keeps them separate.
